2. What Oddly Actually Does

Oddly is an analytics tool powered by artificial intelligence. Its AI odds generator is based exclusively on historical team data. Every probability displayed on our platform is calculated by analyzing past match trends, including head-to-head records, home and away performances, goals scored and conceded, winning streaks, recent team form, and statistical patterns across more than 100 leagues worldwide.

What would take a human analyst hours, or even days, to collect, cross-reference, and interpret, Oddly does in seconds. The probabilities we generate reflect what historical data statistically indicates is the most likely outcome, given the past performance of both teams.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Oddly.gg does not guarantee the accuracy of any match prediction or probability displayed on this platform. All predictions are generated by an AI model trained on historical data and are subject to the limitations of that data, including but not limited to: incomplete records, team roster changes, injuries, suspensions, weather conditions, referee decisions, and any other variable that historical data cannot account for.

Any individual, platform, or service claiming to guarantee football results is misleading its users. We refuse to operate in that manner. Every prediction shown on Oddly.gg represents a statistical probability: not a certainty, not a guarantee, and not financial advice.

4. Not Financial or Betting Advice

Predictions are generated based on data available at the time of display. Oddly.gg does not warrant that the data used is complete, up-to-date, or free from error. Team news, injuries, suspensions, lineup changes, and other last-minute factors may not be reflected in the predictions shown. Users are encouraged to verify current team information from official sources before making any decisions.

Use of Oddly.gg may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this platform is lawful in their country or region. Oddly.gg does not facilitate, process, or accept bets or wagers of any kind. We are a data analytics platform only.

By accessing or using Oddly ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Oddly is a sports prediction and odds analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate betting predictions and odds for football matches. The Service includes:

• AI-powered odds generation and predictions
• Match analysis and statistics
• Prediction tracking and accuracy analytics
• Credit-based access to premium features

3. User accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are the in-app currency used to access prediction features
• Credits can be purchased via in-app purchases (App Store, Google Play) or via card/bank payment through Paystack on the web
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. We do not offer refunds for credits (used or unused). See our Refund Policy for the very limited exceptions (e.g. charged but did not receive credits, duplicate charge).
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Paystack: Card and bank payments on oddly.gg are processed by Paystack (https://paystack.com). By paying with Paystack you also agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. We do not store your full card details; Paystack handles payment data securely.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Share your account with others
• Resell or redistribute predictions commercially

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Oddly shall not be liable for:

• Any losses from betting or gambling
• Inaccurate predictions
• Service interruptions or errors
• Loss of data or credits

8. Intellectual property

All content, including predictions, algorithms, and designs, are the property of Oddly and protected by intellectual property laws.
