What is Oddly?: Oddly is an AI-powered sports prediction and odds analysis platform. We help you generate smart football predictions, compare odds from multiple bookmakers, and track match results across 100+ leagues worldwide. You can use the web app at oddly.gg or our iOS and Android mobile apps.
Is Oddly free to use?: You can browse matches, live scores, standings, and many features for free. To generate AI predictions and use premium features you need credits. Credits can be purchased on the web (via Paystack) or in the mobile app (via Apple or Google in-app purchase). We also offer free credits for new users and occasional promotions.
What are credits and how do they work?: Credits are Oddly's in-app currency. You spend credits to generate AI predictions and access certain premium features. Credits are purchased once and used as you generate odds. Unused credits do not expire. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
Which football leagues does Oddly cover?: Oddly covers 100+ football leagues worldwide, including Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League, Europa League, Eredivisie, Primeira Liga, and many more from Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa. Fixtures, live scores, and predictions are updated daily.
How accurate are Oddly's predictions?: Oddly uses AI and real-time data (team form, head-to-head, stats, odds) to generate predictions. We show our track record transparently — both wins and losses — so you can see our full performance. Predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only; we do not guarantee outcomes. Please use responsibly.
What devices can I use Oddly on?: You can use Oddly on any device: desktop, tablet, or phone via the web app at oddly.gg. We also have native iOS and Android apps available on the App Store and Google Play for the best mobile experience.
How do I pay for credits on the website?: On oddly.gg you can buy credits using card or bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details; Paystack handles all payment data. See Paystack's privacy policy and terms for their processing.
Which payment methods do you accept?: On the web we accept card and bank payments via Paystack. In the mobile app we use Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. All payment processing is done by these trusted providers.
Are credits refundable?: No. All purchases of Oddly credits are final and non-refundable after purchase. We do not offer refunds for credits, whether used or unused. The only exceptions we may consider are: (1) you were charged but did not receive credits due to a technical error, or (2) you were charged twice for the same transaction. In those cases only, contact support@oddly.gg with your transaction details. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is my payment data secure?: Yes. We do not store your full card details. Card and bank payments on the web are processed by Paystack, which is PCI DSS compliant. In-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google. See our Privacy Policy for how we use and share data.
How do I generate predictions?: Sign in to your account, go to the generator (or use the app), select your preferences (leagues, risk level, target odds), and run the generator. You'll get AI-powered match picks. Each generation uses credits. You can save your picks and track results in your dashboard.
Can I compare odds from different bookmakers?: Yes. Oddly aggregates odds from multiple top bookmakers and displays them so you can compare and find the best value for any match. Odds are updated in real time on match and league pages.
Does Oddly guarantee winning predictions?: No. Oddly provides predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes. Any betting or gambling decisions you make are your own responsibility. We encourage responsible use and do not encourage or facilitate gambling.
How can I contact support?: Email support@oddly.gg for account, billing, or general questions. We aim to respond within 2 business days. You can also use our Contact page on the website. For refund requests (only in the limited cases described in our Refund Policy), use the subject "Refund request" and include your email, transaction date, amount, and reason.
How do I delete my account?: You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by visiting oddly.gg/delete-account or by emailing support@oddly.gg with the subject "Request: Delete my Oddly account and data". We will process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
