Dani Carvajal's situation at Real Madrid has produced the clearest contradiction of the window. Fabrizio Romano reported a done deal to Getafe on October 6, yet Matte Moretto described the talks as advanced only the following day. No fee was disclosed in either account.
Fabrizio Romano reports several other developments. Declan Rice is in advanced talks over a new Arsenal contract. Nico González and Carlos Augusto are each progressing similar discussions at Juventus and Inter respectively. Arda Güler is also understood to be closing in on an extension with Real Madrid.
Jarell Quansah remains the subject of separate rumours. Plettigoal linked the defender with a move to Bayer Leverkusen on October 7 and, on the same day, noted separate interest from Chelsea. Both remain unconfirmed.
Raphinha has already completed a contract renewal at Barcelona, with the agreement running until at least 2026. Several other renewals, including those of Xavi Espart and William Gomes, are listed without further detail on length or terms.
