Manchester United have finalised the signing of Carlos Baleba from Brighton. Fabrizio Romano reports the deal at £65m plus £5m in add-ons. David Ornstein adds a sell-on clause to the same base fee.
Arsenal completed the capture of Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa. Romano lists the fee at £50m plus £5m, while Ornstein records £51m plus £4m.
Tottenham secured Savinho from Manchester City. Romano confirms the agreement at £75m plus £5m easy add-ons and £5m difficult add-ons.
Further deals closed include Michele Di Gregorio joining Bournemouth from Juventus on a paid loan with a €14m non-mandatory buy option. Axel Disasi moved to Crystal Palace from Chelsea on loan with salary covered. Deivid Washington left Chelsea for RC Strasbourg for an undisclosed fee.
Advanced talks continue elsewhere. Brighton rejected a £60m bid from Liverpool for Yankuba Minteh. Tottenham also hold advanced talks with Manchester City over Omar Marmoush.
