Atalanta confirmed a contract renewal for Giorgio Scalvini. The centre-back will stay with the club through at least the next season. DiMarzio recorded the extension on 27 September.
Two proposed moves collapsed. Carlos Cuesta’s switch away from Parma fell through, according to both Romano and DiMarzio. Lautaro Martínez’s reported path from Inter to Barcelona also ended without agreement.
