Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for payments made on Oddly, including payments processed via Paystack (card and bank payments on oddly.gg).

1. Payment methods

Oddly accepts: (a) in-app purchases via Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and (b) card and bank payments on the web via Paystack. Refund eligibility and process may differ by payment method.

2. No refunds for Oddly credits

All purchases of Oddly credits are final. We do not offer refunds for credits after purchase, whether used or unused. By buying credits you agree that the sale is final and non-refundable.

  • We may only consider an exception where: (a) you were charged but did not receive the credits due to a technical or processing error, or (b) you were charged twice for the same transaction (duplicate charge). In those cases only, contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate; we may credit your account or process a refund for that specific transaction.
  • We do not refund because you changed your mind, no longer need credits, or have unused credits.

3. In-app purchases (App Store / Google Play)

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. You must request those refunds through Apple or Google (e.g. report a problem in your purchase history). Oddly cannot issue refunds for app-store purchases directly.

4. Paystack payments (card / bank on web)

Payments made with card or bank transfer on oddly.gg are processed by Paystack. Any exception refund we approve (see section 2) will be processed back through Paystack to your original payment method, typically within 5โ€“10 business days. Paystack's terms apply: https://paystack.com/terms.

5. Credits and eligibility

Credits are non-refundable after purchase. If you believe you were charged but did not receive credits due to an error, contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate.

6. How to contact us about a failed or duplicate charge

Email us at support@oddly.gg with the subject "Refund request" and include: your registered email, date and amount of the transaction, and reason (e.g. credits not received, duplicate charge). We will respond within 5 business days. Refunds are only considered for the limited cases in section 2.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our payment services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
