Savinho has completed his transfer from Manchester City to Tottenham in a deal worth over £75 million. Fabrizio Romano confirmed the agreement on August 20.
Romano also detailed several other completed moves. Ezri Konsa left Aston Villa for Arsenal in a £50 million plus add-ons agreement. Curtis Jones joined Inter from Liverpool for a €35 million package. João Palhinha moved to Benfica from Bayern Munich for €14 million plus €5 million in add-ons. Troy Parrott signed for Real Betis from AZ Alkmaar at €20 million.
David Ornstein reported a slightly higher figure for Konsa at £51 million plus add-ons, with the status remaining a done deal.
Advanced talks continue elsewhere. Carlos Baleba is progressing toward Manchester United from Brighton in a £60 million plus £5 million arrangement. Omar Marmoush is in advanced discussions over a move from Manchester City to Tottenham, with the fee undisclosed.
A rumour persists around Yankuba Minteh, after Brighton turned down a £50 million bid from Liverpool.
